Leading and learning go together. If we are to lead well then learning must be high on our priority list. This conference offers an opportunity for those who want to develop their leadership by learning from practitioners who have grappled with some of the tough issues and proved that they work at the coalface of leadership.

At The Journey Leadership Conference we are committed to learning together in order to be better equipped, envisioned and energized as leaders. Learning is always enhanced when we do it in community which is why we encourage leaders to come with friends and teams who can discuss, dissect and maybe even (respectfully) disagree with each other.
